Blue Wizards can be found in Alpine Ridge and Wizard Peak. They can attack Spyro by creating and firing a beam of magical energy at him. Some Blue Wizards use their magic to create large, club wielding Purple Gnorcs, and then sit in a out-of-reach place to let them take care of Spyro.
