Strong Chests appear in various realms in Spyro the Dragon. Each contains many gems and is virtually impenetrable. At the time of Spyro the Dragon, Gnasty Gnorc cruelly locked a good portion of the dragon's treasure in these chests just to spite them-- he had no intention of reopening them, as they are impossible for most creatures to open. Fortunately, Spyro can open them with a supercharge, opening them with a key or by hitting them with sufficient firepower (like a cannon blast or a rocket).
