Flame Wizards appear in Skelos Badlands of Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage. They will attack Spyro by sending a wave of flames at him that can be avoided by jumping. Being made of flames themselves, they are invulnerable to Spyro's flame breath (unless it it supercharged). When they are defeated, their heads fall off and quickly explode, harming Spyro if he is nearby.
