Steam is an evil locomotive controlled by an equally evil Conductor, who is in the service of Cynder when she was controlled by the Dark Master. It is battled on Munitions Forge, an island overshadowed by a volcano called "Boyzitbig". It, and the Conductor, were in place to guard Terrador while his energy was drained, but ultimately, Spyro managed to overcome and destroy Steam, likely taking the Conductor with it.
Trivia
- Its attack moves are very similar to that of the Ravage Rider.
- Steam's animation is the same the Ravage Rider's.
