Dino Mines is a realm in Midnight Mountain. Filled with Dinosaurs as the title suggests, you'll need to take them down in this western style level, and help the sheriff reclaim the town. Agent 9 will also be there to help out. There is also a Swim in the air glitch in this level, which can lead to a strange floating portal inaccessible without the glitch, presumed to have been an early mini boss stage.
