Knights are seen in the boss level Doctor Shemp. They charge at Spyro, and are mainly found nearby the Big Mammas. Due to their armour, they are invulnerable to Spyro's breath, but can be beaten by a simple charge or simply move out of the way, where they wil fall off a cliff.
