Inner-Tube wearing Ducks are enemies that serve as assistants for the Water Workers in subjugating the Turtles of Sunny Beach. They are bipedal ducks with hard hats, a floatie and an enormous shovel. They need to be flamed twice in order to defeat them. Once, to destroy the floatie that protects them, and again, to finish them off.
