Template:Characterbox Inner-Tube wearing Ducks are enemies that serve as assistants for the Water Workers in subjugating the Turtles of Sunny Beach. They are bipedal ducks with hard hats, a floatie and an enormous shovel. They need to be flamed twice in order to defeat them. Once, to destroy the floatie that protects them, and again, to finish them off. They cannot be charged. Should Spyro try to charge them, they will promptly smash him with their shovel.
