King Flippy was the king of the seahorses in Aquaria Towers. He lived out of the lower tunnels and up around the higher towers. The king had six children that were very dear to him. One time the divers locked them away in five different towers and Spyro rescued them. The king was very greatful and gave away an orb. To show his royal stature, he wore a crow and held his head high.
