Description

Cloud 9 is a place associated with sleep and dreams, with the fodder being bright yellow, smiling stars that perpetually bounce around and somehow laugh hysterically when you kill them. The level is powered by an hourglass, run by four machines and a roomful of climbable gears, and housed near a clock tower. However, the Riptocs disrupted the residents' sleep and stopped the machines that power the hourglass (and tossed one bear down into the Dragon Realms, where he awaited Spyro to open the portal and help him return to his bed). Spyro took out the Riptocs and reactivated the machines, restoring order in Cloud 9.

Cloud 9 also has a Spitfire challenge where you need to destroy 4 battleships attacking the Puffy Palace.
