"When I get my flippers on that rotten bear..."
Penguins are the main inhabitants of Frozen Altars. Shortly after Spyro's arrival in the Forgotten Realms, they made the mistake of buying a laser defense system from a rotten bear, forgetting that they could not activate thanks to their flippers.
