Armor are a collectible items in The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. They are found in silver chests hidden throughout the game. In order to open the chests, you need both dragons to open them. Equiping the armor will improve Spyro and Cynder's breath attacks and skills, and can also be worn on the characters. Both dragons can collect nine pieces each. They are also quite hard to find sometimes and require effort to find them.
Three different kinds of armor are found throughout Dawn of the Dragon:
- Bracers
- Tail Armor
- Helmets
