Blowhard is a wind sorcerer who attacks with lightning.
Biography
He was created by Gnasty Gnorc after he was looking for recruits to defeat Spyro after he froze all the dragons. Once attacked with flame, he will run away, and you will have to chase after him over the level. After being flamed three times, Blowhard will be defeated, and yield several gems.
He appears as a green body wearing a witches hat with an orange beard, riding a tornado.
