Carlos Jamie Alazraqui is an American stand-up comedian, actor, singer, impressionist, and voice actor who is best known for his roles as Rocko from Nickelodeon's Rocko's Modern Life, the Taco Bell chihuahua, Denzel Crocker from The Fairly OddParents! and Lazlo from Cartoon Network's Camp Lazlo.
For the Spyro series he voiced Spyro in the very first game back in 1998.
