Blue Weather Wizards are enemies from Haunted Towers. They appear similar to the Weather Wizards from Magic Crafters, except their robes are blue in color with lightning bolt patterns. The sleeves of their robes and their hats are white. In addition to the lightning attack, they are capable of animating Haunted Tin Soldiers .
