Land Blubbers appear in the game Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage. There first appearence is as enemies in the level Breeze Harbor, where they are launching an attack on the Breezebuilders, however later they are allies when Spyro helps they fend off a Breezebuilder assault on their homeworld, Zephyr.
The fight between Land Blubbers and Breezebuilders mirrors the real life battle between Grubs and Birds Template:S2
