Template:Characterbox Hydrar is the first Water Wizard you meet in Mystic Marsh. He tasks Spyro with turning the magic fountain back on. Spyro meets up with Snoozle, who was originally assigned with tending to the fountain, but he fell asleep, allowing the fountain to go off and causing the pacified wildlife to turn on the Water Wizards.
