Windbag Djinni

Windbag Gjinni are enemies in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure which are blue spinning tornados with a cloud on top which resembles a face. They appear in Stormy Stronghold and attack with a beam of electricity which will attempt to follow your Skylander for a short distance.
