Icy Peak takes place in a series of tunnels and ridges the inhabitants are polar bears it is set at sunset the enemies are some rhynocs and giant birds. Spyro's main goal in this world is to help this polar bear get to the top of the level. It's pretty easy if you've been playing Spyro for a while
