From the Spyro Wiki, the Spyro and Skylanders encyclopedia
The Seals are the peacekeepers of Seashell Shore. They Like to look around. One day, Sigmund The Seal, Sal The Seal, & Stu The Seal were using the rhynocs' submarine, accidentally crashed it into some rocks, & got locked up while their friend Sebastian The Seal was gone. The Seals are a mixture of purple & blue & wear a sailor suit with a shell on it.
