From the Spyro Wiki, the Spyro and Skylanders encyclopedia
The Seals are the residents of Seashell Shore. They like to look around. One day, Sigmund, Sal and Stu were using the rhynocs' submarine, accidentally crashed it into some rocks, and got arrested up while their friend Sebastian was gone. The Seals are a mixture of purple & blue & wear a sailor suit with a shell on it.
