Template:Characterbox Carlos Jamie Alazraqui is an American stand-up comedian, actor, singer, impressionist, voice artist and comedian who was best known for voicing Lazlow in the Cartoon Network animated TV series Camp Lazlow as well as voicing the Taco Bell dog. He voiced Spyro the Dragon in the 1998 video game, and the Thieves.
