Dogs are enemies that can be found in the first boss level Toasty. They're sleeping most of the time, but not if you step too close or give them a shock with the flame. When they're awake, they jump on you, and then go back to their sleep spot. You can beat them easily by using the flame twice very quick. Charging will have no effect.
