Winged Sapphires are a special kind of gem in the console versions of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. They are blue gems with butterfly wings that you'll find scattered around the Ruins. For each Winged Sapphire, Persephone gives you a 2% discount on her prices of your Skylanders' upgrades.
