Cynder is one of the main playable Skylanders in the Skylanders franchise. She is a violet-scaled dragon under the Undead element.
Biography[edit]
While just an egg, Cynder was stolen by the henchmen of an evil dragon named Malefor and raised to do his bidding. For years, she spread fear throughout the land until she was defeated by Spyro the Dragon and freed from the grip of Malefor. But dark powers still flow through her, and despite her desire to make amends for her past, most Skylanders try to keep a safe distance...just in case.

The Legend of Spyro series[edit]

Cynder was originally introduced in The Legend of Spyro continuity as one of the main characters in the trilogy. Formerly a villain under the thrall of the Dark Master, she was an obstacle in Spyro's quest to save the world until she was defeated by the young purple dragon and freed from the influence of evil. Now Cynder seeks to find her own destiny in the world and help fight against her former master.
Skylanders Academy TV series[edit]
