Bazil the Explorer is a human character seen in Mystic Marsh in Ripto's Rage. He'll give you an orb once you have collected four spark plugs for his jeep, which were stolen by Kangaroo Thieves. He has a uncanny resemblance to the Mayor in the Metro Speedway.
