Template:Characterbox Lava Lizards are enemies that appear in Skelos Badlands in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. They are part of an orb challenge where the lizards will hatch from eggs and and attempt to eat the Bonebuilders, and Spyro must kill them before they do. The Lava Lizards can be killed via fire breath.

On the start screen, one appears chasing a Bonebuilder before banging into the logo saying Spyro 2 and being knocked out.

A Lava Lizard appears on the European cover for Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer.
