The Statistics (or stats) define the overall strength of a Skylander in various areas in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. What stats are used varies per game. The Skylanders: Spyro's Universe uses stats similar to those mentioned on the card that ships with each Skylander figure. The console version uses its own kind of stats. Finally, the 3DS version uses the character level and nothing else.

Level

The level of the Skylander is used in each Skylander game, though the webgame and console/3DS levels are tracked seperately. Each Skylander starts at level 1 and can gain levels by gaining experience, up to a maximum level of 10.

In the webgame, the stats are raised based on the webgame level. The console game uses the level only to determine the health of a Skylander. The 3DS version grants both power and abilities depending on the level of the Skylander.

Card Stats

The stats mentioned on the card are only used in the webgame version of Skylanders.

Console Stats

The console version of Skylanders uses a different set of stats. Unlike the webgame, gaining levels does not increse these stats (other than health). In order to gain more power, Skylanders will have to complete Heroic Challenges given by Cali. They can complete these on any console, regardless of ownership.

Health

How much damage a Skylander can take before it can no longer fight and has to rest.

Speed

How quickly a Skylander moves.

Armor

Affects the chance that no health is lost when a Skylander is hit.

Critical Hit

Affects the chance of doing +50% more damage.

Elemental Power

Affects the damage bonus Skylanders get when they're in a zone of their own Element.
