'''Otoro''' is a yellow [[Gillmen|Gillman]] who resides on [[Oilspill Island]].


<p style="text-align: left;">Otoro is a [[Gillmen|gillman]] that is located at the start of chapter 5 - [[Oilspill Island]] and his eyes look as though he has been hyponotised, he is an elderly gillman, if you talk to him he will quote "My fish fears are over! The skylanders are here!"</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Otoro wears a dark brown duffle coat with the collar turned up hiding his neck, his skin is a orangey - brownish colour, un like [[Gill Grunt]] and [[Gurglefin]] he has small round ears whether this is an animation mistake or his coats collar hides them it is unknown.</p>
