Trivia
Original Game
- Strangely, none of the Satyrs have rigged mouths to animate them while they are speaking. This could have been a development oversight.
- The first Satyr says, "Thank you for releasing me", which was a common phrase spoken by the dragons in the first game.
- Satyrs come from Greek mythology, and are said to have the body, head and feet of a human, the hips and legs of a goat. They are often confused with Fauns, however Fauns have the hooves of a goat and not the feet of a human.
Reignited Trilogy
- The Reignited design for the Satyrs was created by Nicholas Kole.
- The Alchemist's new design resembles the satyrs that you rescue throughout the level, making him look younger than he originally was.
- The Satyrs’ voice actor in Reignited, Roger Craig Smith, is also the former English voice actor of Sonic the Hedgehog.
