The Breezebuilders are neutral characters that only appeared in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage. Their first appearence is as enemies in the level Zephyr.
However, their best-known appearance is later in Breeze Harbor when they are allies with you fighting against the Land Blubbers.
The fight between Land Blubbers and Breezebuilders mirrors the real life battle between Grubs and Birds. The Breeze Builders found in Breeze Harbor resemble pelicans, a type of bird usually found at the beach.
