Puffing Platypuses are aquatic enemies seen in Mystic Marsh, in the game Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. They can change from a seemingly harmless platypus to an inflated spiked creature whenever they sneeze.
The only way to defeat them is to charge them, because they are only found underwater. They can only be defeated when they aren't inflated, otherwise they will always hurt Spyro. They are obstacles in a certain underwater cave in the level, to test the player's patience.
