Yaks appear as enemies in both Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage and Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon. In Ripto's Rage, Yaks appear in the the level Colossus where they will jump around and attempt to flatten Spyro by rolling on him. They can easily be defeated by flame.
