Template:Characterbox These individuals are seahorses and the children of King Flippy who lives in Aquaria Towers in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!.
They were captured by the Water Workers and trapped inside the large towers in their world, and had to be rescued by Spyro, on their father's request.
