Hunter Challenge
Once you have completed the time attack and race challenges, go look for Hunter. He is in the lighthouse. His challenge is to keep up with a damaged Sheep Saucer. The saucer will spurt green smoke rings out of it's exhaust. Hunter says he can keep up with the saucer if he goes through these rings.

Trivia
- Harbor Speedway is the only speedway to keep the speedway theme in the Greatest Hits version. Due to this, fans often call it the theme of Harbor Speedway.
- If you look at the portal, the background is different then the level itself, unless the fog covers the background.
