The Lantern Rhynoc is a type of Rhynoc that only appears in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. His only method of attack is hitting his enemies with a lantern. He can only be flamed to be defeated. They are found in Spooky Swamp.
These guys carry large lanterns around, yet they still aren't very bright.
