Riptoc Tourist are one of the varieties of Riptocs that have invaded Luau Island in order to capture the dragonflies.

They appear deceptively as tourists, and when first encountered they will wave and greet Spyro, sniff around then attack him.

They are immune to Spyro's Charge attack.
