Dr. Neo Cortex is an enemy of [[Crash Bandicoot]] who appears in every Crash Bandicoot game to date. He also appears in both Spyro Orange and Crash Purple teamed up with [[Ripto]] in a plot to exterminate Crash and Spyro.

Dr neo cotex is a enemy of spyro who only comes in crash purple and spyro orange he is the enemy in both games.Also he is yellow with a shade of orange.He cannot be unlocked ever in both games.His master in later games is uka uka.This is a stub so i'm very sorry but i'll make it longer in a few days.
