Steam is an evil locomotive controlled by an equally evil Conductor, who is in the service of Cynder, who is the same as Spyro, who was corrupted by the Dark Master's evil powers. Found in Munitions Forge, an island overshadowed by a volcano called "Boyzitbig".
Its attack moves are very similar to that of the Ravage Rider.
