Ignitus is the master of fire. Dragon Elders are dragons who responsible for a lot of things. it may be assumed that Ignitus, Volteer, Cyrill, and Terrador are Elders, as the other old dragons throughout the series were called this, but in the actual game, they are called 'guardians. Each is a master of an element.
