Windbag Djinnis are elemental enemies in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure that are blue spinning tornadoes with a cloud on top which resembles a face. They only appear in Stormy Stronghold and attack with a beam of electricity which will attempt to follow your Skylander for a short distance.
Story
