Electricity is one of Spyro's many different Elements he has the ability to command. This ability was first seen in the game Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, given to him by the Dragon Spirit to help save the missing Dragonflies. It is also seen in A Hero's Tail.
Legend of Spyro Series
In The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, Electricity can be use to shock enemies, throw them around (even off edges) and suspend them in a makeshift electric cage in midair to help air attacks.
In The Legend of Spyro: An Eternal Night, the electric orb can be used to blast enemies into the air.
In The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon, Electricity is used to shock enemies and allow Spyro to create an orb around himself while simultaneously shocking enemies and sending out electric pulses.
