Proxy Run is a glitch in Spyro: Year of the Dragon.
First and foremost, you must go to the Desert Ruins portal, then go to the left and press X in the corner of the portal. Sometimes, you might run backwards (That's funny) and most of the time, you run to the Crystal Islands Portal but don't go through it.
