The Ripto Duplication Glitch is a glitch that occurs in the Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage! portion of Spyro Reignited Trilogy.
The glitch occurs during the Ripto's Arena boss battle at the end of the first round. The player will have to flame or charge Ripto in the mili-second right after his health bar has reached zero and before the cutscene with Robo-Gulp plays. As a result, Ripto will run away.
This will cause the battle to have two Riptos. One that rides on Gulp and one that runs around the arena like in the first round. Both Riptos are capable of doing damage to Spyro.
Trivia
- This glitch will make the boss battle more difficult as the player has to avoid both Riptos while catching the special orbs.
