The Hero Grublins are mostly the leader of a group of lesser Grublins that wield shields in The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon and is part of Malefor's army. They sometimes launch dark energy at Spyro and Cynder if they are too close, and their shield must be destroyed in order to attack them directly. Their rank is that of the Ape Leaders from Spyro's previous two adventures.
