Template:PlaceOriginal Skylands is the main setting in the upcoming game, Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. It is a magical world across space and time far from Earth; home to the Skylanders, including Spyro. It is composed of floating islands, each with its own world.

The Skylanders protected Skylands and its magical core of light for generations, until an old enemy named Kaos arrived and banished them to earth.
