Glumshanks

Template:Characterbox (Skylanders) Glumshanks is a goblin who is Kaos' faithful butler in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. He appears in cutscenes in the game with Kaos, serving as his only companion and friend.

Role

After Kaos abandoned his royal name after suffering insults about his ugly looks and smells, Glumshanks remained loyal to Kaos and headed out into the wilderness along wth the tyrant. He has stayed by Kaos' side from that day on to the events of Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure, assisting him in his evil plans.

Glumshanks doesn't make his actual in-game appearance until later in Lava Lakes Railway, when he was sent by Kaos to sabotage the train tracks leading to the Eternal Fire Source. At the sight of the Skylanders and Diggs, Glumshanks flees deeper into the Lava Lakes. After the Skylanders rebuild the train tracks, Diggs unknowingly almost runs over Glumshanks with the train and the goblin quickly jumps to the side in time to avoid the locomotive.

Afterwards, Glumshanks returned to Kaos' lair, singed and dizzy from his task at the Lava Lakes. When Kaos wonders what was wrong and told him that he looked different, Glumshanks nearly lost his temper with the little tyrant. At that moment, the Core of Light is quickly repelling the Darkness, flooding Kaos' lair with bright, blinding light from the sun. Kaos ordered Glumshanks to take the Lair back to the Outlands to get away from the light, and the goblin isn't seen again afterwards.
