Template:Characterbox Pterodactyls are a type of enemy found in the Lava Prairie realm and appeared in Spyro: Season of Ice.
When they appear, Bonky asks Spyro to blow them up with a cactus bomb. To defeat them, Spyro must use the flame breath to push the cactus bombs towards a geyser when they fly over it. Spyro must not touch the cactus bomb or it will explode. Spyro must have to defeat four pterodactyls. When Spyro completes this, he will get to free the fairy, Ali.
