Tara Strong

Tara Strong is a Canadian-American voice actress who voiced Blink, Ember and Flame in Spyro: A Hero's Tail as well as Flashwing and Coco Bandicoot (Skylanders Academy) in the Skylanders franchise. She is also well-known for voicing Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls, Toot and Clara in Drawn Together, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy and Batgirl in various Batman media, Raven in Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go, Twilight Sparkle in My Little Pony and Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents.
