Davey and Goliath are two characters, a human and a talking dog, that make an appearance in one of the advertisments for Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage.
When Spyro appeared, Davey started to pull his tail for fun, despite Goliath's warnings not to. Davey soon tosses Spyro aside, causing the young dragon to charge into Davey, sending him flying.
Trivia
- The duo appear to be baised on the Christian TV show Davey and Goliath, which stars a boy and his talking dog.
- Davey is the only one named in this add, though it's assumed that the talking dog is named Goliath, as they appear to be baised on the duo.
- Like the TV series, the add (along with the ones with the Cowardly Snowmen) is done in Stop-Motion, adding a further referance.
